Dear Pandora Radio,
I’ve been trying to “upgrade” my Pandora account, but every time I try to submit my credit card info it keeps giving me a message saying it is unable to store my credit card info:
1. Why are you storing my credit card info anyway? I realize you need it to process my 1-time $36 charge, but I UNCHECKED auto renew. Please assure me this is not the case and if so, WHY ARE YOU STORING MY CREDIT CARD DATA?
2. Every time I submit my credit card information, your website won’t take it. The error says “It’s my fault.” Who is saying that? Who’s fault is it? Is it yours? Who are you and why are you preventing me from upgrading my account? Has your website become sentient?
